Cancellation Policy:

Same day cancellations result in 50% charge of the scheduled service. A no call/no show will result in charge of 100% of the service. Credit card info is required at the time of scheduling appointments and will be held on file in order to reserve all future appointments.

Late Policy:

If you arrive more than 5 minutes through your scheduled appointment time you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please give us a call if you know that you may be running late to your scheduled appointment.

Refund/Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds for services or products. If you are not satisfied with a service that you received, please notify us within 24 hours for all services.
